I need your help on a concerns about International Nursing

Published

Hello all,,

I'm working on a term paper and I would like to know...What Hospitals are offering to international nurses to entice them to come to the states? How do nurses learn to cope with the cultural adjustments? WHat have you seen work and what hasn't worked? Any help or information is very much appreciated. My E-mail: [email protected] Thank-you Brian

Hospitals can no longer entice nurses to come to the US as a temporary worker. The only way that they can come is with a green card, or permanent residency status. Which means that they have to have documented English skills same as a native speaker, as well as pass the appropriate licensing exams.
