I Need An Interview

Published

For my nursing class, I am supposed to interview either an lpn or an rn. Since I have such a busy schedule, I hope that someone will get back to me as soon as possible. The only requirements are, you have to be a working lpn or rn with at least 3 years experience. Someone please help me by answering the following questions:

1. What type of education background do you have? Do you plan to pursue further education, if yes, what, why, and when? How do you feel your highest educational degree helped you to do what you are doing today in health care?

2. What types of job positions have you held within the nursing field? What do you like and dislike in these particular positions? What kinds of nursing care did you provide in these positions? Did you work with other health care providers when caring for patients, if so whom and how?

3. In your position (or one held in the past) do you delagate work activities to others? If so, give examples of what type of nursing care you delegated.

4. What is the best part of your job? Why?

5. What is the most difficult part of your job? Why?

6. Since you have been in the profession of nursing, what kind of changes have you seen in the profession?

7. What do you see happening in the next 10 years in the profession of nursing?

8. So you have any advice about how to succeed in nursing school? Consider study skills (individual and/or group study), how to get ready for a test, how to do better in learning nursing skills, how to think critically, how to manage your time, etc.

Please someone get back to me a.s.a.p. Thank you.

Seriously--rephrase your request my adding, "kindly" and "would you mind,"

This isn't anything we have to do, and OUR time is just as valuable.
