I get up about five times in the night to go to the bathroom to urinate. And I do not just tinkle either, I empty my bladder! And I empty it again when I wake up in the morning. I am not a little old lady, I am only 24. I have even tried what parents do with their kids and it has been no help (nothing to drink at least an hour before bed.)
I do not go hardly at all in the day time, maybe 3-4 times, including the time when I get up in the morning. I am I voiding so much at night because I do not go much in the day time? Do I need some Bio-feedback to get me on a "day time pee schedule" ?? I know we can not give medical advice, but does any one else have this problem? What do you suggest?

Are you a new nurse?
Does the urge to pee wake you up, or work thoughts and fears?
Have you tried benadryl? Been to a doc? Had your blood sugar tested?
Just some random ideas.

Yeah it wakes me up, some times I even dream that I am looking for the bathroom:chuckle . I take temezapam a few times a month when my insomnia is acting up, and I wake up just as much. How would benadryl help? My Glucose runs in the 80-90's (90's after eating sugery stuff) so that is good.
