Congratulations to all of the graduate nurses!! I am currently a nursing student and it is so encouraging to read how excited, helpful, understanding, proficient, and proud you all are. I feel confident that I will do great with the rest of my schooling but you all also make me feel confident that I will love my career choice. Thank you and best of luck to everyone!

Sure, get in the right place when you become a nurse. Make sure the fit is right, run if you have a moment's of uncertainity if you are not getting what you need as a new nurse. Please require anyone training/precepting you to show you the correct way before passing off their way, allowing you to invent your own style. Good Luck!!!

ADNCYN gave you some valuable advice! Use it when you get out there!

I am so happy with the career choice that I have chosen! I have been a nurse for six weeks now, and I thank God everyday for giving me the strength to get through school, and for getting the great job that I have! I won't lie, school was hard, but I knew I wanted to be a nurse and nothing else, so I worked as hard as I could, and made it happen for me! Make it happen for you too! Good luck to you, and come back anytime you need someone to talk to, (even when you need to vent!) I wish you the best!
