I have IELTS overall band 6 , is that useful?

Ive got ielts listening 5.5, reading 6, writing 6, and speaking 6.5. Is there any country who would accept my IELTS band? Please help

How can i start as international nursing? I dont have any Idea please help me... Thanks ;)

If you want to be registered as a nurse, your IELTS score is insufficient. You would need at least 7 on all sub test to be eligible for Australia and NZ. In the US, it depends on the state. But none will accept a score below 6. I guess the basic question is where you want to work. Do not base your decision on where to settle just by your IELTS results. But you have to adjust your IELTS based on where you want to work.
