I just signed up for CNA classes. I am temping currently as a secretary and I will have to quit working for 2 weeks while I go through the CNA class. This is a huge risk because this temp position has been talking about hiring me on and I have kids. I want to go into nursing and I am applying this August to get into a nursing program.
My husband thinks I should just keep the cushy sit down job instead of going into nursing.
The money is non-refundable.
I hope that I made the right decision.

I know exactly how you feel. I have been in the same paralegal job for 3 years now and I've been continplating becoming a CNA to better my chances of getting into nursing school. I have children and fear that if I do it things might not work out and I will be left up the creek without a paddle. Hope things workout for you:)
