What is the difference between the FT and PT programs? 2 years vs 4 years? I say, those extra couple years will go faster than you think, especially if you are both working and going to school. Take your time and let your employer pay for it. Unless you are really miserable in your current job--that's a different story.

I've been accepted into University of Southern Indiana FNP program. The draw back is that it was for the 4 year part time program. I am transferring credits into the program. I have 50000 in student loans already. The dilemma is should I apply for programs that get done quicker and go further into debt or stick with USI and stretch it out allowing the employer to pay for it owing them one year when I am done? Plus I am guaranteed a spot with USI applying to the others is not a guaranteed spot. I am also not sure waiting is a good idea given the job market and I could be making a salary to repay the loans. Any thoughts?
