I got 76 questions on the NCLEX!!! AGH!

Hey all, I took the NCLEX for the 4th time on Thursday (Dec 11). It is now the 14th and I still have not found out if I passed or failed. I got 76 questions!!! I am sooo nervous!! When do you think I will find out and do you have any encouragement. 76 seems like an odd number!!

The minimum is 85 for the Nclex PN and 75 for the Nclex RN.

I think that you passed it. The thing is that, you determine your test. They give you so many questions to answer correctly, then they throw questions at you just from those few that you answered, then they will bump you up if you are going really well, or they will bump you back down if you are not doing well. Just because you got an even number does not mean anything. My classmate's test shut off on her on 96, and she passed. So how about that for ya. Just relax, stay positive and celebrate! Because you passed girl!

Everyone in my class that had a number under 90 passed. Did you feel like you knew some of the ansewers? Even if you felt like you only knew half of the answers you probably passed. Good Luck.
