I got a C on my midterm

I'm a new nursing student and currently in my second semester. Up until now, I've built for myself a nice record with straight A's for my prereq's and for first semester of clinical. Getting a C while being confident that I would get an A for a class makes me feel like getting hit by a truck. I'm partially angry and frustrated due to my ego, partially due to my powerlessness. If I let myself get a C, things will turn even worse.
