I got my ATT to test!!!!!

i got my att yesterday and scheduled my test for march 27th. (that is the first available appointment i could make here in fl.)

i have been so nervous since i have scheduled the appointment. i have over a month to go, but yet i am a mess.

i am already working at a hospital as a gpn, and if i don't pass, i can't keep working....so i have to pass.

i actually started sweating yesterday while i was making my appointment.....was anyone else like that???

help me.....

I was a nervous wreck when I scheduled my test, took my test, waited for results.. pretty much nervous since the day I graduated and I also was working under my temp.. Just remember to breathe and you'll be just fine. I'm sure you learned all that you needed and then some so you'll pass your test. Remember, you aren't the first person to ever take the NCLEX and you won't be the last. If others can pass.. SO CAN YOU!! good luck :)

congrats on getting your att!

how long did it take to get it once you sent your application in? i heard that it takes up to a month. i sent in my info on january 23rd and am getting a bit nervous i haven't heard anything yet.

i'm sure you will pass your boards, no problem. what city in florida do you live in? i have had a hard time finding any hospitals that will hire gpn's here.

well, good luck!

I sent my application in on Jan 5th, they said they rec'd it Jan 12th, and I got my letter Feb 10th, so almost a month.

I have been emailing, calling and in contact with a recruiting officer from the hospital I work at for over a year about working at that hospital. I was in contact with her before I even took the LPN class. So I knew exactly where I wanted to work when I graduated, and they hired me. The hospital I work at doesn't place ads for LPN's but they hired me and there are a few other LPN's on my floor.

I live in Hudson FL.

Good luck getting your letter and finding a job.
