I can't find a med/surg job in Charlotte, NC

I'm a new graduate and I'm having a hard time finding a job. I applied to Carolinas Medical Center and they are not accepting new grads applications at this time. Then I looked into Presbyterian hospital and they don't have any med/surg job available.

Are there any other hospitals in the Charlotte area besides this two??

What other areas are good for a new grad to start? I have no previous experience in the nursing field.

I am not from your area, but......Are you going through HR/recruiter or straight to the nurse manager of the units?

Sometimes HR may say "not accepting"...but if you show initiative and go to specific unit, well-dressed, with resume in hand...you will be hired.
