I can't find a job...Any advice?

Hello. I can't find a job. I've tried searching online...Any advice? Thanks.

Although I'm not a nurse..APPLY APPLY APPLY!! That's what I did... Don't limit yourself to where you are willing to work...apply to Correctional, LTC,ALF, and Home Health jobs..try even hospitals who will hire LPNs... Oh yeah don't stop applying until you find a job! If you need help with your resume google professional nursing example resumes and compare (worked like a charm)

Best of luck

Make a profile on Indeed.com. You can upload your resume there, which can be convenient. Or you can go the old fashioned way. Make copies of your resume. Drive to clinics, hospitals, LTC, offices, and let them know you're interested in applying in a position. Many places may tell you that they aren't actively hiring. Some will offer to give an application. If so, fill it out, and give it back along with your resume. If they don't offer, ask them if it's ok to leave your resume. It may take some time for them to get back to you. About 7 months after I submitted some, and I'm still getting offers for interviews.

Also check your local library, college, community center for any job fairs. Meet with and network with as many people as you can. You never know! Good luck, and keep on at it! When I was job hunting, I had a list of where I applied, when, and if I heard back. It helped keep track as I was applying everywhere I could.
