I feel so stuck I'm really close to giving up :(

Hey guys!

I am REALLY starting to get depressed about my perpetual, never ending quest (been sitting on lists since 2008 thus far) to find ANY school to accept me and let me finish my BSN. I am starting to really panic because I've attempted everything I can think of to increase my chances and I just can't get a hit! I've finished all my pre-nursing credits with a 3.8 GPA, I've become a certified EMT/Paramedic/CNA AND phlebotomist, I moved from my crappy town in AZ to LA for more schools...0 spots in any school programs and 0 hospital jobs. The certifications I carry only get me jobs that employ people for a 38 hour cap a week too so they aren't required to give benefits. I just don't know what to do...I'm 25 and want this SO much but it seems so intangible. I'll go anywhere.

Please don't give up. Have you considered applying to community colleges to get an ADN and then bridge into a BSN program? I have heard that once you are an RN, it is alot easier to get into a BSN program. You could also go for LVN and thin bridge into RN. Keep your head up. You will be a nurse one day!
