I failed Nclex 3 times in Florida. Considering taking boards in another state

Need Adv!!!! I have failed nclex 3 times in Florida. I am now required to take a remediation course. I cant afford to pull out 1800.00 for this course. Plus all this extra time they want you to put into it. Need adv on taking boards elsewhere like Georgia or NC. Thanks
