Try Hurst Review it may help and the kaplan practical nursing guide is definitely a plus! PN NCLEX CD's are a plus. I used the lippencott PN guides and Lippincott made incredible easy guides. It would be in your best interest to review 100 questions 2-3 times a week for a month or so and read the rationales after each question. Test again when comfortable.
My best friend just took and passed it, she swears by Saunders CD Version 5 as Lavender59 suggested earlier! Not sure where you live/work but if feasable I reccomended taking 3-4 days and either going to a beach or mountain area to study! It allows you to concentrate much better than our normal environments........Good Luck!
I failed the NCLEX the first time. I found that I read too much into the questions. Just answer the question asked, don't go beyond that. Don't over analyze. Keep going! You'll get it!! :)
I admire your spirit, OP. Because in all truth, that's all you really can do: pick yourself back up, keep studying and retest as soon as they will let you. Everyone gave great tips...the only thing I'd add is that it's better to study a little every day than to cram one or two days a week.

I used Exam Cram, Saunders Q&A and Saunders comp review. Just stay focused and continue practicing questions and I am sure you will be successful.

Don't worry I failed it also back in Jan and now I am just getting ready to take it again! I got really depressed over failing and it took me this long to get ready but I do have a lot of people behind me and pushing me forward. I too bought the Exam cram PN and have been working on it also I also have been using this site NCLEX Online - NCLEX Prep | NCLEX Exam | NCLEX Tests | NCLEX Review it has helped me a lot. We will pass next time don't give up, I know I'm not! Let me know when you pass and I will do the same!
