Adjusted Individual Score is your score and what will be looked at for your program.
The mean-national is all the average score of the Teas test. this score is the same on everyones.
The mean-program is specifically the average score of people at your schools nursing program.
Hope this helps.

Did you get the ATI study guide? The questions assume that you have a basic knowledge in the subject areas. After taking the TEAS, your printout will link you to areas in the study guide that you should review in order to increase your score.

Maybe consider a tutor for the next attempt? Did you purchase the ATI study manual? Take the practice tests? How did you do on those?

If you are being truthful about studying 5-6 hrs per day for 2 weeks, then you really need a tutor for all of the sections of the TEAS. A 30 is nowhere near competitive (national mean is 64.3). Here is a thread where people have posted their results: https://allnurses.com/teas-exam-help/enter-your-teas-677004-page25.html#post7645078

A 30%? Wow! Did anything you study appear on the test? You should get a tutor and look into other study books
