Does your facility allow husbands and wives to work under the same Manager (different units, different shifts). If not, why? I can't think of a very good reason. isn't this some sort of discrimination?

Every employer I've ever worked for has had an "anti-nepotism" policy -- the only difference is in how strict the policy was. If it's the employer's established policy that spouses can't work under the manager, even on different units on different shifts, and that policy is applied to all married couples in the same way, I don't see how you could argue that it's discrimination. Unless it's a violation of state or Federal law, employers can establish whatever workplace policies they see fit.
