Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the August 2024 Cohort at Huntington Hospitals RN Residency Program. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

I got an email from mother baby unit saying they aren't going forward with my application but I also applied to NICU and it still says in process

yeah same for me, so far everything I applied to still says "in progress" and I haven't heard back from any units

Thank you for the update! When did you and your classmates apply? I applied on June 5th. I just wish if they're full they would send out emails regardless so I'm not just sitting here waiting

I feel the exact same. I think we all applied when applications went out. I applied to NICU a day later though on June 6th. I check their career site frequently. I noticed they keep posting positions, so it has me more confused. I think I saw a new grad ED position posted again on 6/19. I think I might've seen one for mother/baby as well. I'm not sure if that means they're opening up more positions or just an error in the system. The waiting game is insane and I hope we aren't left out in the dark for too long.

I applied for the position that said RN Residency Program August cohort and my first choice was float pool.

Yea I also saw they kept posting. I applied to the ER position that was posted like yesterday earlier LOL. But best of luck to you! I'll update whenever I get a call or email

Forreals^ I applied to the NICU on the 4th and the CC openings on the 12th. I got confused too when I saw them post these new positions!

I applied to NICU and just got an email that they won't be proceeding with me. Good luck everyone! 🙂

I already got 2 rejection emails from NICU and the birthing center I think. 

I will also encourage everyone to apply to other places. MLK is hiring as of now.

am I supposed to apply to the three job listings for the three units I am interested in? I only applied to my first choice but I did mention the units I'd be interested in.
