Hey all,

I am graduating in May from William Paterson and I currently work at Hackensac Hospital and was wondering what ur opinions were of my chances of getting hired as a new grad RN? The market is really bad out there and I have so many friends that graduated last May that still dont have a job. I am so worried because I cant afford to not work after graduation...any advice would greatly be appreciated! thanks guys!

Hi, I was wondering. I am going to start nursing (as soon as I hear back from schools) but I was never able to work in a hospital. I actually live in front of this hospital you work at. Do you have any ideas of how I can get a job there? I have tried volunteering but they tell me they r packed. I need a job both because I want experience in a hospital but also because I need money, but I am willing to work for free. Please Please let me know what deprtments could use my help. I will be graduating with a BA soon. I have lots of office experience and I am 22 years old.

what are you currently doing at HUMC ? Have you asked about employment after graduation ?
