Hi all! I'm new here but wanted to see if there was anyone else who has found out that they were accepted into Practical Nursing for Sept 2014 at Humber!
I logged onto SRS yesterday to see if my test score was posted and I was shocked to see that I was accepted!! Now just waiting for OCAS to show my offer so I can accept
I'm so excited because I thought I really messed up the Bio and Chem lol.
Can't wait to "meet" some of my future classmates!
Hey everyone !
Congrats to everyone who has been accepted!.
I made a late decision to try and apply to humber for RPN and have the test this Saturday!!! I was wondering if anyone could give advice on the test , if its really hard, and what types of question would be in the biology and chemistry part. It would mean a lot.
I've seen so many people ask this because I've tried myself and no one would really ever help.
Honestly, its the easiest thing ever, just basic straight forward common sense multiple choice questions.
Basic math, review it if you want --> Division,multiplication,fractions.
Straight forward chem and bio, you can honestly guess it if anything.
And an essay on a topic.
Don't panic and just wing it like me
You have nothing to worry about except whether there are still spots left in the program.
Btw, that saturday April 12, theres an open house from 10am;
Not sure when your test is but you can ask around maybe if you're that worried.
"Don't worry and just wing it" Is REALLY not good advice... It may have worked for you and I am not saying that it won't work for amybeniako123 either, but honestly, you should review bio, chem and math. If you don't have time that is fine, but reviewing will help you ensure that you will do your best on the exam. There is also a sample math test on the website. It deals mainly with multiplying/dividing/addition/subtraction of decimals.
