I have the option of taking "human relations in the workplace" online or in the classroom. Im not sure which class I should take. Any opinions?

Are you motivated enough to do an online class? I know me, I tend to procrastinate something awful and for that reason alone an online course wouldn't be ideal for me. Also how does the classroom option fit in your schedule? If you work as well as go to school conflicting schedules could make all the difference in helping you decide which option to choose.
