HSM Scholarship Forms?

I just got an email informing me that I got the HSM scholarship. It says that all forms and sureties have to be turned in within 10 days. But, nowhere does it tell me what the forms are, where they are, or anything else. I did find the surety forms.

I am going to call them Monday morning but in the meantime, anyone know anything about this?

Sorry I can't help. All I can say is that I got a "scholarship offer" some time ago that turned out to be some type of moneypit. Glad I did some research to find out it was valid. I hope this is a valid scholarship, especially since they asked for surerty forms.

I hope so too. It's through North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority so it should be.

Now that I think of it, I guess I should have put this thread in the NC section since its only for NC students.
