HRSA Nurse corp scholarship 2022-2023

Hey everyone, I just got accepted into the nursing program for Spring of 2022 and wanted to know if anybody else in here what's going to apply for the Nurse Corp scholarship when they open back up next year or if anybody has applied how did it go for you!???

I’m down for a Fb group! If someone makes it lmk! I cannot at the moment

@rwilliams97 VA HPSP is essentially the same offer (tuition, stipend) only you will serve at a VA hospital upon graduation. Of note, many of the recipients have had to move to where there was need/availability in order to fulfill the obligation.

Hey folks,

I am late to the thread, just sent an add to the FB group. Not sure where we are in the process has anyone received credit checks from "CREDCO" yet? 

I am a former Nurse Corp Scholar in 2016 and am hopeful to receive again for my MSN. 

I'm looking back at my cycle and think the credit checks happened the first week off August in my previous cycle so it might be early. 

I know this is stressful but stay hopeful! It's not over until September 30th!

Awards won't start at least until the middle of August.

Last year Experian showed my HRSA credit check on aug 6 and I received the finalist email on aug 16.

Has anyone received a credit check yet ? I did not even know they had to do that. I have been stalking my email for the longesttttttt LOL. So I have to make monthly payments so when they back pay for everything starting at July will that mean the government funding like the loans will go back into my account incase later on I might need a subsidized loan or unsubsidized loan ?

A few of us in the facebook group received a check but no one in the group has heard anything through email. Last year some people got a credit check and acceptance letter at the end of august.

Hey I haven’t either. Just sitting and waiting. We’re all in the edge of our seats. Waiting.
