How does it work???

Greetings All,

So my husband and I are both nurses (yes mr and mrs RN) and we are thinking of starting a family. My hubby works full time nights (11p-730a) and I myself am a 24 hr evening worker (3-11:30) and we were wondering how any others out there have managed child care and sleeping with working evenings and nights? please give us some insight! thank you!

Get a nanny or an au pair.

Or, what I did when hubby and I overlapped, was find someone willing to do child care for just a few hours. I'd drop her off on the way to work, he'd get off a couple of hours later and pick her up.
