How to thank an awesome nurse

Recently, I stayed overnight with a family friend's child in the hospital, it was Columbia (ICU stepdown, central nine or eight can't remember) the nurse assigned to the child I was staying at was phenomenal and we had a great time chatting for a long time and I wanted to somehow get her recognition for it how can I do that when I unfortunately forgot her name she was from Texas I think I'm writing details so if she is on this sight she will hopefully see it shout out the the best nurse of progressive's care in Columbia children's (im Jewish and the so was the kid)  if anyone knows how I can get her maybe a mention in the daisy award thing lmk thanks
