How to start my RN review?

I'm so happy start my allnurses journey! I'm foreign nurse, I starting learn RN exam by myself, when I open my RN review book I freaking out! I'm totally confus,don' t know start from where! I'm here to looking somebody may will give me some advice or share whit me yours experience! Thanks a lot to help me!:):laugh:

My review book is (Saunders comprehensive review of the NCLEX-RN examination), than I want pass the exam is US RN!
