How to request a duplicate nursing license?

So something spilled on my license and now there's a huge stain and the paper is all weird and wrinkled. Is there anyway for me to request a duplicate license? I looked on the nysbon website. I also searched online but was unable to find any information on it. Is anyone familiar with what steps I should take to request a new copy of my license? I just received my RN license in July and now it's already ruined. I know it's just a piece of paper but I'm still pretty sad about it. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
