This is kind of an off-topic subject, but it is a strange problem associated with travel nursing exclusively. Its not like we can go to the nearest blockbuster and use our out-of-state IDs to rent movies (can you?). I thought of doing netflix, but there could be major problems. What if you switched addresses physically and returned your DVDs by mail, but due to some unforeseen problem, (that always seems to happen) they send out your next selections to your old address? The new tenant at your old address has your movies at your expense and would probably keep them without saying a word to the postman.
What does everyone else do?

1. I think you can use your Blockbuster card nationwide. If not, when you go to a new city, bring your old Blockbuster card and go to the nearest store to make an account there. But I'm pretty sure it's a national membership.
2. With Netflix, you just need to make sure and go to the post office as soon as you know what your new address will be and set up a change of address starting on your moving date. They should forward your movies to you.
3. If you get cable at the new residence, just do pay-per-view. The prices are pretty much the same as a video store, you don't have to leave the house, and nothing to return or get lost in the mail.

Sugget pay per view, I actually get most movie channels, so I never have to rent anything. That is the easiest way and no worries.
But you can use Blockbuster all over the country without any issues.

i use netflix and have no problems...i usually go on the website right after i get to a new place or right before i leave the old and change my address. that way u dont have to worry about the post office, which will send ur new address to solicitors, and worry about junk mail...

Yes, your Blockbuster card will work in any state.
