I just took my nclex rn yesterday. It shut off at 257. It ended and i was hysterical crying in the cubical because i knew i had failed. I did the pvt and it let me put in my cc info. I was even more devastated after that. My eyes are swollen from crying so much. But there is nothing i can do but move on and take it again.
So how do i go about re-registering?
My ATT is valid until september 11 2014 and thats still within the 45 day wait time after i have tested. Do i just pay pearson vue again and use that same att? Do i need to wait for a new att, im so lost! Please help ??

ATT is valid for a single test. You will receive a letter with your results and the candidate performance report detailing your strengths and weaknesses so you can create a targeted study plan. It will include instructions to request a new ATT and how long you need to wait to retest. I think NY is 45 days. NJ is 90
Yes NY is 45 days
So i have to wait till i receive that letter ? How long should that take? I don't want to wait too long to re-test i feel that the long i wait the worse it will be ?
A couple of weeks usually. You have to wait 45 days regardless. You should wait for the report to better prep for your next attempt.
You can check the NY BoN website to see if you can reapply online. But again wait the CPR letter to know where your strengths and weaknesses are and be successful next attempt
