Here is my broken record speech on this topic: Agency brand is practically irrelevant compared to your relationship and communication compatibility with recruiters. I'd talk to a dozen agencies minimum and pick the three best recruiters and sign up fully. That gives you a wider choice of assignments, helps you nail your market rate in a given location, and gives you options when first choice doesn't work out.

I hear you. I was thinking more along the lines of agencies that are more accommodating to nurses without recent experience in the US. I'm hearing a lot aren't.

So i hear recent US experience is vital to getting a travel assignment. But that its not a rule written in stone. Any agencies out there that take in RNs with no recent travel experience?
I've been abroad working as a staff nurse, and now planning on returning back to travel nursing in the US. Med-Surg is my experience. All my licenses are still active. Appreciate any point in the right direction!
