How to print Medicare Payment

I'm a new MDS. They were asking me to print Medicare Payment. I was trying to contact the MDS that you used to work here because she didnt teach me that but shes not answering my calls. Anybody knows how to print that?? Please help me.. tnx

'am not really certain what you are asking so I am just assuming.

  • The biller usually requires a validation report of a RUG score of an MDS/PPS assm't in order to bill Medicare appropriately. A validation report is received after you submit an MDS to the state. Depending on your facility's practice, a copy is normally kept on file. It can also be retrieved from the database.

  • Some coordinators keep a log of PPS assm'ts done for the month - type of assm't, ARD, RUG score, etc. A copy is then provided to the biller for their monthly billing.

sorry for the confusion taline... what I need is the corresponding fees for the Medicare RUG? like if I got RUL, how much would be the current equivalent payment that we're gonna get? I need the current one.. thanks

Your financial officer should have the current rates. Heres a ballpark rate. Enter your state/county.
