It's been more than a month since I passed my NCLEX-PN. I took it Sept. 6 and I was officially licensed on the 16th. Most of my classmates took theirs a week or two after I did and they all received their certificate in the mail already. I'm trying my best to be patient and I know I shouldn't throw accusations but I know for a fact that my mailman is a complete moron (who sent a few of my packages before to the wrong houses before - a few of them >$100 in value; thank goodness the residents were nice enough to bring it to my place later on)...so I'm assuming that this person left it, once again, in the wrong address.
So, all of that to ask: How do I go about ordering another copy of my NYS LPN License? Is there a way to do it online or do I have to stick to mail/phone?
My name and license# is in the website already. I'm getting frustrated and extremely annoyed with all this waiting for the license to come by mail.
Thanks in advance!

Contact your BON
Just contacted BON. Apparently, they entered the wrong address into their system so my license was sent to someone else. BLAH~
Now they want me to either go to my local post-office and look for a mail without a tracking number or ask my distant neighbor if they have it (they don't - I just did). Now I'm asking them to just resend me my license that I was supposed to get ***A MONTH AGO!*** The operator said BON has to send me an application form BY SNAIL MAIL (gah~what's the point when you have the internet but whatever) then I have to fill that up, explain to them why I need a replacement (why they messed up?) and send it back to Albany....then wait, wait...more waiting..before I can get my nursing license.
I'm hoping my potential employers can understand. It's been a pain in the ass explaining to them why I don't have the actual certificate with me - just a print-out off the NY OP website.
EDIT:
Ah...good things come out of perseverance. I tried calling a few times and I finally got someone who was willing to help! Well...now I can just wait for the application by fax instead of regular mail, which saves me a couple of days.
