How does your OR establish breaks/lunches?

Hello!

I am doing a change project for my OR. It is only staffed with three OR nurses right now, plus three new hires (me and my comrades). How does your OR establish breaks and lunches?

Wow, that's a small OR. We are a staff of about 60 on day shift and about 10 on evening shift, a mix of STs and RNs. We have 2 RNs and 2 STs scheduled to come in at 11am who will cover lunch breaks for day shift and dinner breaks for evening shift as well as take over cases at 3pm when day shift leaves.
