Hello, I am looking into getting a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration at a school online because of the military, and then apply to an accelerated nursing program for people who already have completed a bachelor's degree. I am wondering how nursing schools look at bachelor's degrees that were completed online compared to a degree received on campus when applying to an accelerated nursing program for people with previous bachelor degrees. Because of the military, I will be unable to complete a degree where my husband is stationed before we move, and the chances of credits transferring is very slim. Hence why I am looking into getting a bachelor's degree online. Any help would be awesome!

Unless you state that the degree was obtained online, then they have no clue.

I would get the online degree from a brick and mortar university as compared to an exclusively online school. Call schools that you are planning to get your BSN from to see if they will accept the first degree.
