How old were you when you started CRNA school?

Questions are in the title; I'm just wondering what the average age range for students starting their programs is.

Specializes in CVICU, CCRN.

I'll be starting right after I turn 25 and finishing at 27. I will have over 2.5 years of ICU experience as a BSN RN when I start.

Is there anyone out there who has gone back to CRNA school after 50 years old?

Klr24371, a couple of years ago, you said you would apply. How did things work out for you?

I'm 29 right now and will be applying next year at 30. Planning to be finished by 33. I'd rather do an MSN/MSNA than a doctoral if possible. I'm so sick of school. CRNA will be my 4th degree 🤢

I started when I was 33. I will graduate when I am 35. Most of the people in my class are mid-late 20s, with a few people in their early 30s.
