For those of you with experience, what’s the one piece of advice you wish someone had told you when you were starting out?

I would suggest reviewing the issue(s) with your supervisor...something is not right when an employer, an adjuster and a provider are calling with complaints/issues. 

It's hard to make specific recommendations without knowing what the issues/concerns are about.
