What is the starting salary for CNA's in Massachusetts?

I live in RI and I know on average CNAs working in LTC facilities make between $9 - 10/HR. I know that in most RI hospitals (including Rhode Island Hospital) most CNAs make more like $12 - 14/HR. But it depends on the facility and your experience as a CNA. Was there some place in Mass. that you were looking for in particular?
