How many nurses are required to be on the floor for couplet care in Texas?

Does anyone know of there is a set rule or requirement for how many nurses/ancillary staff need to be on the floor at all times whether there are 0 couplets, 1 couplet, 2 couplets, etc in house? It is a couplet care unit in Texas.

Texas does not have nurse to patient ratio laws; it only requires hospitals to set their own staffing policies and plans and follow them. Does your facility have a provision of care document? In my organization, these documents specify staffing requirements.
