How many Days for CGFNS CVS App Update?

Hi. My school recently sent my transcript to CGFNS CVS at Philadelphia, and based on the tracking number of the package, they already received it. But after a week, I checked my application online for any changes and still they're waiting for my required items. What should I do? Should I wait a week more? Thank you

Thank you so much Silverdragon102. I just received the confirmation letter that my applications is ready for review. Do you have any idea how many weeks should I wait for this. I'm so nervous. :/
