How to make pathophysiology diagram?

i suppose to make my pathophysiology about congestive heart failure. and i want to simplify it through diagram but i don't know how to start with it? any idea please??! thank you very much. i will appreciate your answer. =)

Here is a website that has all the information you need about heart failure. All you need to do is figure out how you want to present it in a diagram.

You can use the drawing commands on Microsoft Word or you can use Microsoft PowerPoint if you have all the commands within PowerPoint to do that. Some people like to use Microsoft Excel to make diagrams. There is also some free programs you can experiment with that are listed on the Care Map thread to make diagrams (care maps are diagrams).
