How long for Verification from SA???

Hi,

Just wandered if anyone on here is nursing in the UK from South Africa?

I paid my R500 7 weeks ago to the SANC whilst still living in SA but had a letter from the NMC today stating they have still not received my verification from SANC and if not recieved by mid July they close my application and I will have to restart it.

I have tried endless times to email the SANC but get no joy-not one reply!!!!

Are there any SA nurses on this site and if there are how long did it take?

You are more likely to get more info and replies on the International Nurses Forum section all the best. And sometimes its better to ask some one back in SA to chase things up for you . All the best.
