I think the issue must be with your 2006 clearance because it is over a year old, if I understand well, they want clearance from every country you lived in ( if you were resident there past the age of 16yrs old). The other issue is it has to be within the year because if it is a year older when NVC get to start processing your case then they want that renewed. I know how you feel because my birth country is not the same as my current residency and it is a problem with red tapes and all in developing countries to get certain things done. but most probably there is no way out for you if they say that's their rules and you not excempt. You may have to go in person if possible. I think the rationale is may may have gone back to that country and commited some crime since the last clearance was given. I guess. Hie SG My friend had an interview a few months back for a community job. She called the RCN and told them she had an interview and she needed help preparing for the interview as she was clueless, she found them helpful. Hers was as a distric Nurse so won't be much helpful to you but call the RCn she found them useful. what they did was they gave her a date on which someone would call her for the chat. so I guess you can work round you schedule. all the best. They will surely ask you about Child protection especially any changes after the Victoria climbie case and look up any Government initiatives geared towards care in the community. all the best tell us how it goes. I called them, basically i cannot endorse my license to AZ unless I have evidence of the above or b: Non-immigrant provide evidence of "Non-immigrant" status in the form of the following Form 1-94 with a stamp showing authorised admission as a non-immigrant. Where am I supposed to get that?. the lady i spoke to said you have to have that or you can't get lisensed. So i told her it would have been helpful if it had said that on the form then i would not have wasted my money applying to AZBON. She said my application will be good for 8 months i told her retrogression is forever these days. I'm just vexed coz I spent my money applying and can't get a refund. I just needed to moan and vent. good night everyone.

Hie everyone I am planning on applying for a police check for my immigration processing. But what I am wondering is how long is a police check valid for? Coz I don't want to do it too soon and by the time I go for an interview maybe it will be expired. Any input much appreciated. Thanks LT

Thanks for your reply. I have sent them all copies asked for including the license and she still sent me an email to forward a copy of my NCLEX pass letter. Coz I told her I do not have a CGFNS certificate as the state I did the initial licensure does not require it and am endorsing to AZ. And I did forward my VisaScreen so I really don't know why she wants this letter. Would the BON give me one?. Its all doing my heard in already. Thanks for your reply. LT

Hie everyone My lawyer filing my petition papers has asked for an "NCLEX pass letter". To be honest I do not remember getting a letter all i know is I checked my results online. Maybe I just don't remember. Im getting all wound up now. Who do I ask for the letter? Please anyone help me. Thanks in advance. LT

Hie AZ nurses I really need help in deciding which areas would be best to live/reside in, if one would be working at Banner Thunderbird MC?. I see from the address it says Glendale but when I look at the actual map it is on Thunderbird Road which is way off from the spot it says Glendale looking at the map. So I really need help from anyone familiar with the areas and hospitals. Which would be best commuting-wise? And which areas are family friendly? And safe? And affordable? The main big factors would be safety and commuting time. Thank you very much for your time. LTS
