How long before you took NCLEX

how long from the time that you sent in your paperwork to the board of nursing until you were able to take the nclex? i live in ohio and it has been 7wks since i sent in all of my paperwork and fees and i still haven't heard from anyone. only 2 people from my school has received their auth to test and it took a total of 9wks before they got their att. i guess they are really backed up, i cannot even get thru to them by phone or email in order to check the status. i am getting really irritated because i have a job that is pending me getting my license. just wondering if everyone else has this problem or if it is just ohio?

I graduated May 14th but my school dragged their feet and did not send paperwork to state until mid-June. June 17th was when they "received" my application. Finaly I got an ATT on July 10th after calling and questioning them. Tested July 24th and now I am a RN! However, there are classmates of mine who still DO NOT have an ATT! Georgia.
