How long does it take for the Texas BON to provide evidence against you?

U.S.A. Texas

I had an incident with a former employer which caused me to be suspended for 2 weeks. I was offered my job back, but I resigned and found a new employer. I found out in October that someone had reported me to the Texas BON over the incident and I immediately hired an attorney, who responded to the BON asking for evidence of wrong doing. I haven't heard back from my attorney or the BON, and it's been almost 4 months. My questions are is this normal and should I expect an update on this case? I'm honestly terrified to ask even my attorney. Thank you for your input.
