How long did it take....

How long did it take for it to "click?" As a new nurse, I feel like things haven't really clicked yet. I still feel so slow and not quite sure what to do some days.

How long did it take you to have the confidence in yourself everyday that you did your job?

Hi there,

I'm a fairly new nurse. Started new job at a long trem/rehab unit. Co workers and supervisors great. Second day on the floor and looking back each night on how my shift went and obsessing

Over everything I did not do well. It keeps me up usually all night I worry so much. I feel stupid and feel as though my residents and their family question me and ask certain questions to try and trick me. I whole heartedly believe I'm doing the correct decisions and if do not know I go ask. Please any advice to help with this.
