I will be starting an OR job soon in a very small hospital. I was just curious how long people were on orientation for as a circulator RN?

I will be starting an OR job soon in a very small hospital. I was just curious how long people were on orientation for as a circulator RN?

Our orientation is 4 weeks in AORN's class and 6-7 months clinical. You circulate and scrub.
