I recently had an interview; it only lasted 35 minutes. If I hadn't had questions lined up for them to answer it probably would have lasted only like 15 minutes; so make sure you have questions for them. I thought that was a bad sign because it seemed so short--but I received an offer within the next two weeks :-)

That was my most recent interview. Now I'm just waiting for them to call me back. Ahhh nervous
What kind of questions did you asked them? Congratulations by the way :)
I didn't feel like it was a lot of questions. They basically asked me why I wanted to work there, how I handled a difficult patient, describe myself as a person, strengths/weakness. All this in 15 mins.
And then during my round: I asked them about training, how staff regards being a preceptor and mentor, hospital dynamics, pay, common disorders, and common concerns.
I feel like that asking questions will lead to them asking more questions and it just shows better development.

Hello All
Curious, how long should a good interview last?
Does 30 mins should like a good time?
