How would you improve nursing education either at the undergraduate or graduate level?

I would work to implement "computerized adaptive learning". If we can use computerized technology to test as we do for the NCLEX and for the GRE why can't we use it to teach? After all we all have different strengths and weaknesses. Imagine if you had a program that would diagnose your knowledge deficits and then feed you nearly endless questions with explanations, and integrated tutorials until your weaknesses became strengths. Although, I'm focused here on nursing, really this approach could be utilized in almost every area of learning.
