How do I chart ob labs w/o errors?

HELP! I chart ob labs in what we call OB flow sheet on our system MISYS. The labs needed are listed but at times things get entered as positive instead of negative or immune when its actually intermediate. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

Is the issue that the plus and minus signs are being misread, or is it just mental lapses that are happening some time between looking at the results and entering them? I've always been a fan of POS and NEG rather than + and -.

Basically it's just me entering it in wrong. It's not everyday that I do input the incorrect result but just here and there. Just wanted to know if anyone had a fool proof way of correcting it other than just checking and rechecking once I put them in.
