How do I become IV certified?

Are you a recent graduate? If so, your school should have information on attaining IV certification. What state are you located? IV certification regulations for LPNs/LVNs differs based on the state in which you practice.

If you provide some more information (location, level of experience), perhaps someone can come along and answer your question regarding how to become IV certified.
